Highly recommend
Excellent service as usual. Dr O’Donnel listened carefully to my dental needs and explained clearly what he was going to do, before and throughout the treatment. He also takes the time to listen to my dental worries and offers good advice. He is always a friendly, pleasant, very calm and reassuring dentist especially since I am an extremely anxious patient. As well as ensuring that I feel comfortable during the treatment, Dr O’ Donnel also gave me useful information today about the Denplan scheme that I am currently on. As a customer of Broomhill Dental Practice for over 40 years and being a patient of different dentists in this practice, I continue to be impressed by the high quality of the service, pleasant lounge waiting area and friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I highly recommend!

Smiles all round
I was late, and had actually missed my appointment, due to confusion thinking the appointment was for my husband. Sorry about that. Thank you for letting me race round for the appointment.
The Hygienist's Assistant (a 3rd year Dental student) was much better with the water sucking machine than the usual Dental Nurse. In that I did not ask to stop once due to choking as he was so efficient; possibly he is taller than the usual nurse and can see better. It is good to see Dental students working through the summer for the experience.
I have a Denplan Policy which includes Dental Hygienist appointments, so nothing to pay for today. Smiles all round.

The entire team are brilliant
Just started to go here a month or so ago and couldn't be happier.

Efficient and informative
David was kind, efficient and informative. He took x-rays to check on bones.
This was my first appointment since the practice left the NHS and I was pleased with my treatment.
The only reason I might think about leaving the practice is to move to one nearer home as I get older. I usually walk to my appointments. There is very little parking near it.
