It is usually pretty good, but today I thought it was expensive for a bit of cleaning and glueing 5 teeth together for £175.00 for 20 mins work which equates to a rate of over £500.00 per hour. Joe Kerr.
Re my review above from last year, it was explained in detail how the charges come about, I now understand it is down to NHS pricing and now after over a years further treatments would now upgrade my rating to 5 Stars. Joe Kerr

Hi Joe, thank you very much for updating your review and for your kind words after your further treatment with us. We really appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our team.
(Original reply from last year remains below for context)
We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the treatment cost. We understand that expenses can be concerning, and we want to provide clarity regarding our pricing structure.
The treatment you received was provided under the NHS, and the fees are set by the Scottish government. Unfortunately, as a dental practice, we do not have control over these fees. It's important to note that you would have incurred the same charge at any dental practice in Scotland under the NHS.
While we would love to have more flexibility in pricing, this is not within our control. If you have concerns about NHS charges, we encourage you to reach out to Practitioner Services for further assistance.
It's worth mentioning that many practices have transitioned fully to private services as NHS charges often barely cover the costs of treatment. Despite this, we're proud to continue offering NHS treatment to our patients.
We hope this explanation sheds light on the situation, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help in any way we can.
