Everything was explained clearly
I contacted this practice on a Friday when my usual dentist was closed, as my mum needed an emergency appointment. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to see her promptly.
My mum is usually very nervous about visiting the dentist, but the dentist made her feel at ease straight away. Everything was explained clearly, and she was given a range of treatment options without any pressure.
Overall, a positive experience during what could have been a stressful situation. I’d definitely recommend this practice, especially for anyone who feels anxious about dental visits.

I had my first guided biofilm therapy (GBT) appointment this morning with Ellie. The treatment itself was great and very comfortable. Ellie was also gentle and amazing as always!
