I have attended the Ciao Paolo practice for over a decade now following a recommendation from my old dentist when he retired. The treatment my family and I have received from Paul and the team has been excellent. My treatment options have always been explained in detail. Paul’s attention to detail and skills as a dentist I consider to be exemplary. I would also recommend the practice to anyone who is nervous about dental treatment due to Paul’s calm manner.

Ciao Paolo dental practise is really professional and friendly. I have regular a check-up with Paul and a routine cleaning with the hygienist Lisa. I will highly recommend this practice, all the staff are very nice.

I arrived at the dental practice as it opened on Monday 23rd December at 9am hoping to arrange an emergency appointment due to a crown coming out. The dentist Paul was so welcoming, friendly and helpful attending to my problem quickly and efficiently, I really couldn’t have expected or hoped for any better service. I normally see Catriona who also provides an exceptional service and is reassuring to me a very nervous patient. All members of staff are professional and friendly making Ciao Paulo such a welcoming dental surgery to attend. I have highly recommended this practice and now my family and friends have registered.

I am a nervous patient and honestly have been very pleased with the treatment and the relaxed atmosphere I have still got treatment to get done but I am sure it will be fine. All the staff are very friendly and put you at ease

Myself my husband and step son recently changed our dentist and was recommended to go to Paul. We had our first checkup a few days ago. We were so impressed at this visit he was very friendly and made us all feel very comfortable. My step son gets a little nervous but that wasn’t the case here as he quickly put him at ease and took the time to explain all he was doing and why. I also had a question that I had asked my previous dentist about who said it wouldn’t be that whereas this dentist knew exactly what I was asking about and explained everything he is very professional knowledgeable and just makes going to the dentist a more pleasant experience.
I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Never have I been so glad to have received the care and attention that I have experienced over the last six months at Ciao Paolo! Paul has been honest about what can and cannot be done with my crumbled root where others have not in the past. Debby has been thorough in providing information and encouraging in adopting a daily healthcare routine tailored to my personal needs. Only regret is not coming here sooner after we moved to Scotland!
