I needed an emergency crown repair and despite my regular dentist being in Northen Ireland Paul did not hesitate to give me an immediate appointment. Paul and all his staff were very friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone.

Top class. I moved to this practice on the recommendation of a friend.
I had a check up from Paul and a sessions with Debbie the hygienist, all well. Last weekend a veneer (from a previous dentist) fell out and I was given an early appointment to have this temporarily fixed and an appointment within the week to have the new veneer fitted. Fast efficient service. Modern surgery,. Full discussion on need for potential pain relief - none needed. I watched TV while Paul got the problem sorted, what could be better?

Following a less than satisfactory service from a previous practice, myself and all the family moved to Ciao Paolo dental practice.
Always find a good service here and pleased to say that I have found the practice to be realistic about what needs done. Friendly staff and personal feel to service at all times.
I have no doubts about recommending this practice to anyone looking for a good, personal dental service, pleasant surroundings and always a warm reception.

I changed to this practice on a friends recommendation and I can happily say it is the best dentist I have had. There is a genuine care here for patients and their dental health. There is a very friendly and sincere approach to treating patients. All the treatment I have had has been of the highest standard. Possibly most importantly the level of communication is great, everything relating to treatment is well described, clearly explained and thoroughly discussed with the patient. Highly recommended.

A trip to the dentist is certainly not something I like doing, however this place is great. Both the dentist and hygienist are professional, helpful, and friendly which gives you a lot of confidence in them. The practice itself has a nice atmosphere, looks lovely, it is also kept clean and tidy which is definitely something you want in a dental practice!
