Hayley is the perfect receptionist- welcoming and smiling. The staff welcomed you by name, then introduced themselves - what a difference to my previous visit. Examination was explained at every step. The whole experience was smooth and my usual nerves disappeared. Well done Jordanhill

Really positive experience every time I attend. Jun has been really brilliant at the treatment I have needed. She's really friendly and helpful. Hayley has also been fantastic on reception. She is so friendly and approachable and helpful. Both are absolute assets to the team.
