Everything explained to me
It’s a welcoming atmosphere and I was treated with dignity. It’s a good approach having the dentist come out to greet patients where normally your name is called by someone else. It was also good to have everything explained to me about next steps (my treatment is ongoing). I appreciated the follow up call in the afternoon of my appointment to check on how I was doing and with more information on advice for next steps. You're doing everything right, keep going!

Have had 2 visits over the space of two weeks for my brother to have 5 teeth removed in preparation for his braces. As a 15 year old who hates the dentist he was anxious. The dentist was amazing with him, let me sit in the room and talked him through everything that was happening. The dentist let things move at my brothers pace and was amazing!!

Staff are always friendly, dentist tells you exactly what needs done, explains procedures well and gives advice on looking after teeth. They are great and very patient with children especially my son who is autistic, non verbal and learning difficulties
