I was put completely at ease during my registration, my first appointment and when getting a filling. Everyone in the practice is so friendly and it really helps as I’m quite a nervous patient! I can honestly say that I now enjoy going to the dentist 😃
Update! 11/09/2024 😊
After I initially registered, I was put at so much ease, I actually chose to get a few old metal fillings replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My dentist Tony is super patient, thorough and his work is perfect - you can’t even tell I have fillings anymore!
I recently got 8 composite veneers done by Tony and he has completely transformed my smile. He listened to me, was so helpful, and used his expertise to create my dream smile! The whole process was so easy and explained clearly by Amber and Tony. I can’t thank you enough! I can’t stop smiling 😊
I honestly can’t believe how comfortable I am going to the dentist now, whereas before I’d be terrified going for a check up. I would 100% recommend this practice - you’ll be made to feel so welcome ☺️

Joined practice for first time after NHS dentist retired after being with him for 30 years. Very nervous patient, couldn’t have been in better hands. Olivia and her dental nurse are amazing put me at ease, took their time and explained what was happening.
I would highly recommend the practice.

Absolutely brilliant practice. Olivia and team make you feel relaxed and comfortable by explaining everything they are going to do beforehand. So much so that at my last treatment, I nodded off in the chair. I also visit the hygienist and she is also excellent. 100% recommend this dental practice.

I’ve had a great experience with Queens dental practice. From the very start they listened to what I wanted and gave me a few options on how to achieve my dream smile. Financing was really easy to do and booking / rearranging appointments was easy too. Olivia has done a great job and I can’t stop smiling ! The compliments keep on coming in with my new smile too

I find the quality of the service exceptional and the advise/guidance provided by the Dental staff and the Reception very informative. The customer service after treatment is excellent and there is continual follow up on forthcoming appointments in advance of attendance dates along with good pre-attendance health checks for the safe-guarding of patients.

Thoroughly recommend Olivia and her team. I am quite terrified of needles and when she said that the injection would be painless, it was so! I just couldn’t believe it.
Olivia first talked me through the process, offered music to help me relax, numbed the area with some gel and then very slowly got the anaesthesia in, I only knew it was done because I was told! If only more dentists would learn to do things this way, no-one would ever be afraid of coming to the dentist!! 5*

Olivia and everyone at the Practice made me feel at ease from the initial phone call. Like a lot of people a visit to the dentist filled me with fear. Now thanks to Olivia & Everyone at Queens Drive Dental Practice this is no longer the case. It really is Pain Free Dentistry I was put at ease, everything I asked was explained to me, it is a very relaxing place thanks to the staff, I only wished I had known about them years ago, might not have as many grey hairs as I do now. Please don't sit in pain call them, their Great and it really is Pain Free.
