I had a great experience with Olivia today at my dental check up. It had been a while since I’d been in to the practice but she was so warm and welcoming that I quickly felt at ease. She worked in a way that was gentle and non invasive, and she explained everything to me along the way. She even showed me my X-rays and explained what we were looking at on the screen. Olivia also spent time answering my questions in a way that was both comprehensive and understandable.
A person-centred approach to dentistry! Thank you Olivia 🤓👍

Excellent dental practice.
I have been a patient forever!..the place is spotlessly clean.....very very friendly staff...and i keep going back there! As i feel comfortable and welcome!. The treatment i had today...from my dentist Olivia! Was beyond excellent.
She is the most caring, polite and friendly person! Let alone a superb! Dentist in every way.

Olivia, Michelle, Helen and the whole team are absolutely brilliant. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in over 10 years and was incredibly nervous. The whole team were so professional, reassuring and always made sure I was comfortable during my treatment. Would absolutely recommend getting in touch to make those first steps. Thank you all so much, it’s such a stark difference from my previous experiences at the dentist! There have been so many sleepless nights worrying about teeth and now I know I’m in good hands!! Thank you!!

Both hygienists were absolutely fantastic - especially for someone conscious about their teeth. From the second I walked in, the made me feel really good and I can’t speak highly enough about the job they done. I would seriously recommend anyone who’s conscious about the dentist to visit this practise.

Amazing. I have no other words.
As someone who has struggled with extreme fear and anxiety, who has cried, screamed and squirmed at every appointment for the past 20 years or just stopped going at all, my experience today was life changing for me.
I usually have to be sedated for anything more than a check up.
Today, without sedation, I had two old metal fillings replaced with white fillings and I mean it when I say I didn’t feel a thing. Olivia made sure I was completely at ease throughout and I really was.
My headphones blocked out any noise and I didn’t even have to close my eyes. And no crying!
Never going anywhere else

I recently received some treatment after finally getting the courage to get to the dentist I got my treatment through lockdown and the staff were alway very helpful and stuck to strict safety measures to keep everyone safe they were grate from start to finish from getting a consultation appointment with Amber to then getting the treatment from John Paul the full process was quick and fast. My treatment was composite bonding with this I got a new smile. Getting this has been amazing I am now able to smile again and not have to fell every insecure about what my smile looks like. When they say pain free it really was Pain free
