Have recently moved to this practice and after my first visit knew I had made the right choice.
From entering the surgery to be met by a very pleasant receptionist and then looked after by John Paul and Karla. I felt totally at ease though out as everything was fully explained to me as my examination and treatment took place. Definitely the most relaxed I have ever felt when visiting a dentist.

Having been avoiding the dentist for eight years I was very very apprehensive to go. However, John Paul made me feel so comfortable, he explained everything he was going to do which put me at complete ease. During the procedure he made sure to tell me what he was doing next and continually checked that I was doing ok and not in any pain. The procedure was quick and totally pain free. For anyone a bit scared of the dentist or looking for a new one I could not recommend John Paul enough!

I cannot recommend Queen's Drive Dental Practice enough! From the moment I arrived I felt completely at ease. Helen greeted me at reception and showed me to the lovely waiting room that was well set up for social distancing. Karla and John Paul were both patient and friendly. I didn't feel like anything was too much trouble and felt comfortable enough asking all the questions I had.

We are so happy that we could provide you with the best care for your treatment and that you are happy with the results. As our NHS diary is now closed and we are only accepting new private patients at the practice we understand this can be challenging. We offer a pain free dental plan which we can post a leaflet out to you to show your partner how she can become a patient at the practice. There are different options on the plan but the basic one comes with 2 examinations, 2 hygiene cleans per year with 10% off treatment for example fillings and also some insurance in case anything happens with you are abroad.

I’m compelled to break with tradition and do something I rarely do (I think the last time was four years ago).
Having just finished my Invisalign treatment I’m writing to thank you and compliment you on your tremendous practice and even more tremendous team.
From the first engagement with Amber, to your receptionists Emma and Helen who always greeted me by my first name, before I’d even checked in, to each appointment with Olivia and Jude, it has been a pleasure. Your team are friendly, helpful, and attentive.
I have to give special mention my dentist Olivia, who has been excellent throughout and has that rare combination of being pleasant, easy going, and very talented all at the same time. She is a gem and should she ever consider moving on, you should move heaven and earth to keep her at the practice.
Thanks again and see you in six months for my check-up.

I had an awful black filling that needed seeing to due to lock down. This had always been an eye sore that gave me real smile and confidence issues. Olivia talked me through all of my options and I opted for a lovely white crown, the difference is massive and my experience was brilliant. I don’t think I’ll dread the dentist anymore. Thanks Olivia for making my smile lovely again!
