Excellent service I had an emergency appointment I was not one of their clients but it was not a problem the service has been excellent and I am now registered and continuing treatment In my experience a very well run practice and staff are excellent highly recommend this practice

I had to go back to the dentist after years if not going, as I had a break in a front tooth badly needing filled and a broken tooth at the back needing completely removed. I was incredibly anxious on my first visit for the filling, knowing I would need a numbing injection, but Olivia was very patient and helped a lot, talking me through breathing exercises to relax me, and after the injection was done the filling took no time at all. I didn't feel any of it. This gave me the confidence to go back the next week and get the tooth pulled without sedation. I was in a much less panicked state the second time round knowing how easy things went before. It again went smoothly and was over before I knew it, no pain at all. The whole experience has made me feel so much better about going to the dentist, which is something I had quite a bit of trouble with. The whole team was great.

I visited Queens Drive dental practice today to have an awkward and painful top wisdom tooth extracted. I have had 3 previous excruciating wisdom tooth extractions at other practices and the hospital, so was very nervous going in. My dentist Olivia was amazing right from the moment I came in she completely put me at ease explained what she was going to do so I knew what was coming and when I might feel pressure. She had the anaesthetic in without any discomfort. Chatted to me to take my mind off the procedure and keep me calm. The tooth was out in no time and It was completely pain free! I was so shocked due to my previous extractions and I couldn’t thank her enough! Thanks Queens Drive and Dr Arthur!!!

My 9 year old son fell and chipped his front tooth, we were both very distressed by this. With the current limitations due to Covid, I was unable to get any treatment at my usual dentist. My dentist referred me to Queens Drive who gave me an appointment that evening. Olivia was absolutely amazing, reassuring my son and helping him feel relaxed. The finished result was impeccable, we are both so happy. Thank you so much to all at Queens Drive Dental.

I had horrible toothache and was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment as it was an emergency. We Decided it would be best to extract the tooth. I Got it taken out there and then and didn't feel 1 bit of pain. Needless to say i walked out smiling again.
The practice is Always professional, friendly and talk you through the battle plan for whatever work you need done.
Great location as well for those without a car. Train station and bus stops close by.

So I suffer really badly from anxiety. I am not afraid of the dentist don’t get me wrong but I have other issues when attending. I had seen the advertisements about how this dentist specialised in helping someone like me.
I was not disappointed. From the first phone call to actually getting the treatment every single person. In the practice was so nice and understanding.
I don’t think I would have actually gone to the appointment if it hadn’t been for the encouragement on the first call to book me in. Before I even got treatment everyone who I encountered there made me feel at ease.
John Paul is the dentist who didn’t the initial treatment and I have to say I don’t think I could have gone through with it if he hadn’t been so patient and understanding with me. I am prone to panic attacks and he calmed me and helped me immensely so that I was able to get the tooth extracted with no pain. He went above and beyond
I would recommend this practice and have been singing its praises to friends and family.
