Queens Drive Dental Practice

In 2008 I was recovering from a nasty bout of labyrinthitis and was unable to go to the dentist for two years ,as I had been so unwell. In the meantime my dentist of twenty years chose to take a new path in his dental career.

I then had the job of trying to find a new dentist.

My husband phoned ten dental practices to find out if any had experience of my condition. There was only one practice that returned our call and that was Queens Drive Dental Practice. Mary Heavenor returned our call and that was the start of my new dental journey .

I can honestly say from the moment you step inside the door, you are immediately made to feel welcome.

Mary Heavenor is a delight ,she is so warm, friendly and excellent at calming you , if you are feeling nervous about a procedure. She becomes your friend and possesses qualities that are very rare these days. Emma is also a charming girl who always has a lovely smile and exudes warmth.

My dentist is Mike Nisbet. When I had my first appointment I was in fear and trepidation, as I knew a considerable amount of work was required.

Mike was excellent, he told me exactly what needed to be done and was understanding of my condition. He is not only a dentist ,but a comedian and helps you to relax in the infamous dental chair. He is ably assisted by the lovely Sylwia, his dental nurse and what a team they make. They are not only excellent at their job, but keep you occupied with their banter. Sylwia is very special and treats you with such warmth and care

I cannot recommend Mike enough, I call him my Mr Wonderful. He is so popular, listens to you and always does his best. He does everything in his power to save your teeth.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice for their welcoming environment, excellent dental care carried out in a professional manner.

Finally thank you Mike, Sylwia, Mary and Emma for helping me on my long dental journey, you all play an integral and vital part in making this practice a pleasure to visit.

The most nervous person will be made to feel comfortable at this surgery, everyone you meet is so friendly and caring, highly recommend this practice, absolutely delighted with the work I had done.

Fantastic, i felt looked after and cared for from the minute i walked in the door. I have had extensive work carried out, caps, bridges, and two implants. I am delighted with the work ! The practice is welcoming and it inspires you with confidence, its a friendly but professional experience. They have had established clients coming for many years, people travel from all over scotland to come there, all chat to you in reception telling you how looked after they feel - now i know why, well done.

They managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment at very short notice. Also fitted me with an amazing NTI. Lovely receptionists Mary and Emma.

I've been with this practice since moving back to Glasgow 15 years ago. In that time, I've seen 3 dentists, most recently Pamela, and all have been first class. The hygenists, Phyllis and Nicola, are excellent.
The waiting room has comfortable chairs, great views out over Queens Park, and today's paper, and couldn't be less like the stereotype.

I have been a patient here for over a decade and my treatment throughout has always been excellent. I am particularly taken with the care that is taken to focus on my needs and requirements. In simple terms I keep coming back because I'm treated as a person and a valued customer, not a number.

5 star experience. I have been with this practice for nearly 15 years. Receptions are very pleasant and welcoming. First impression is always warm. Atmosphere in waiting area is very homely and calm. I used to have Glen as my dentist, and then Michael. They both are fantastic, very professional! A warm and friendly family practice: where the reception staff are more than welcoming, and my dentist and hygienist are excellent - can't recommend them highly enough! Affordable, with flexible, interest-free payments. Also, great location in the Southside of Glasgow, with easy access to public transport.

I met the Queens Drive Dental Practice team 3 years ago. I needed a big job with my crowns and a friend of mine recommended me the practice. Best team ever. Very friendly, professional and warm people
The girls from reception are the most efficient I met. So welcoming and always with a smile. You forget that you are there to see a dentist. Then the hygienist and the dentist are fantastic too. I was very happy and satisfied with my crowns. That was a big job well done 3 years ago. From then, I just need my teeth to be checked by both dentist Pamala and hygienist Phillys or Nicola. I always leave the practice with some free interdental brushes and tooth paste
