Queens Drive Dental Practice

This practice is excellent regarding the assessment of medical conditions affecting the mouth and indeed general health. I am over 60 years of age and really appreciate the time and care shown by the dentist today. The check up was very thorough.

From the very first call yesterday to first appointment today, the two words I would use are : welcoming & relaxed.

As always, John Paul is such a fab dentist, Phyllis is a great hygienist and reception staff are super efficient, friendly and helpful. Great practice.

I was dreading getting 2 troublesome molars out, knowing they'd have to cut the gum and drill them, rather than simply pull them out. I was offered the sedation, and it worked perfectly. Julie was amazing, assured me and answered all my questions, she really is an expert. I was there for around an hour and a half but it only felt like 10 minutes. Don't remember much about the procedure, and a day later I'm in no pain and healing has already begun. I couldn't recommend Queens Drive Dental Practice enough.

My apologies for turning up in person in the offchance I could get a word with JP about my concerns about a wonky tooth. I was really anxious that I’d undone a recent period of extensive treatment. I know it’s not the done thing - and I promise not to make a habit of it!

I have been attending Queens Park Dental Practice for a few years: All staff within the Practice have always been friendly, professional, helpful and always made me feel at ease : However I had suffered a severe illness which meant I could not visit the dentist for a while, due to the length of time that had passed between my visit and the condition of my teeth due to the illness I was very embarrassed about visiting my dentist, had put it off for quite a long time: in the end I plucked up the courage to contact the Practice, the receptionist was delightful and arranged an appointment for me with the dentist John Paul and his dental nurse both were very kind, understanding, thoughtful. sympathetic and, although I was near to tears with embarrassment at the state of my teeth they put me at ease immediately. I had an examination during which John Paul assured me my teeth were not too bad: He put back in a crown and took time to explain a future plan.
I would highly recommend this Dental Practice the professionalism, helpfulness and caring attitude of all the staff has never changed her the years. I would say to everyone out there if you haven't been to a dentist for a while and feel too embarrassed to make an appointment, please do what I did pluck up the courage and go; you will be treated with such respect, made to feel at ease and you will be able to feel good about yourself and your smile

I was treated by Anthony O'Keefe yesterday. He was polite and understanding towards my dental "miseries". I am quite a nervous patient, but he managed to create such an environment in which the stress from treatment and coming to dentist was manageable
