Had a crown fitted 6 months ago, came loose.

I unfortunately lost my front crown and was in a complete panic. I was seen immediately and was made to feel that nothing was a problem. Lydia is an amazing dentist. Thank you Lydia for your professionalism, your care and kindness. This is the best dentist I have ever attended. Won’t ever go anywhere else.

This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. Today, I had to call in for an emergency appointment and I got one 2 hours later despite only one dentist being available today. Dr Kamal was absolutely fantastic. He assessed my situation, genuinely listened and asked my opinion, and then thoroughly explained my treatment options. His attitude was calm, kind, and empathic and I felt like I had control throughout today's appointment (I was able to pause if it ever got painful for instance). I actually ended up feeling positive about the experience which says it all, as it was a root canal treatment for what was a very painful toothache the night before.

My usual dentist, Dr Lydia McGowan, has been equally fantastic and she was the first dentist I had a total confidence in.

Rebecca, my dental hygienist at Tiwari Watson, motivated me to floss my teeth every day (which I sort of knew I should be doing but never actually got round to doing it in the past). Four months in, my gums stopped bleeding and I can't imagine not flossing now!
The reception staff make it all work seamlessly behind the scenes too which is so helpful.

My experience was great! Amazing team. Kamal was very careful, I had a deep cleaning and my crown looks the same as my real teeth. Looking forward to do my whitening with Kamal. Thank you so much for your great work!

I feel really relaxed when having treatment. Simply the best there is.

I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day as I called. The dentist was very good and explained what the problem was and prescribed me some antibiotics and said to keep in touch should things not improve.

Amazing, Lydia keeps me so calm, she talks me through everything.

Kamal, was amazing as always, as a very nervous patient, coming in with toothache is my worst nightmare. Kamal put me at ease, and extracted the tooth.
