I hadn’t been to a dentist in almost four years due to a traumatic tooth extraction at a previous practice, which left me feeling extremely anxious about dental treatment. From the moment I met Connor MaCleod at Tirwari Watson Dental Practice, he was incredibly empathetic, understanding, and patient-centred in his approach.

Connor took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me the space I needed to feel comfortable and in control throughout my treatment. I never once felt rushed or pressured; instead, I felt genuinely cared for and supported.

I also want to mention the dental nurses, who are all so welcoming, kind, and caring. They really help create a calm and reassuring environment from the moment you walk in.

The practice itself is spotless,100% for cleanliness and hygiene and has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which makes a huge difference when you’re feeling nervous.

I had all of my old silver fillings replaced with white fillings and composite bonding completed, and I am absolutely amazed with the results. It has completely transformed my smile and given me a renewed sense of confidence in myself.

It’s also so refreshing to see a young dentist who is genuinely passionate about his field. Connor is enthusiastic about continuing his education, sharing the new courses he’s undertaking, and keeping up to date with the latest knowledge and techniques. That’s when you know someone truly loves what they do; it’s not just a job to him.

On a personal note, he also brings such a lovely sense of humour to his appointments. His light-hearted, friendly nature really helps put you at ease and makes the whole experience feel much more personal and relaxed.

Connor has restored not only my teeth but also my trust in dentistry! He truly represents what a highly qualified, caring, and thoughtful dentist should be! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I saw Connor today for a check up. He is so friendly and caring. He gives feedback really well on any concerns I have and explains the whole process clearly. The staff are very professional, caring, and attentive to all your needs. It's a pleasure to have them as my dentist.

Wanted to acknowledge how satisfied I am with the service at this dental practice. From booking an appointment to seeing the dentist, who is an expert at making you feel totally relaxed and in very capable, professional hands. For me that is extremely important and sets the tone for the remainder of the visit.

The hygienist is also first class and very informative of the procedure and updates on oral hygiene are excellent.

The staff certainly make that extra effort with you and are sincere with their reporting of what is needed and how to go about it.

From the administrative side of the business I also have experienced great service from the staff including the practice manager.

I highly recommend this dental practice for anyone who is thinking of joining a new practice or has recently moved into the area.

Best dentist I’ve been to so far , were late for me on one occasion but I understand not everything goes to plan especially dentistry.

Friendly staff as soon as you walk in the door. Conner was fantastic took time to talk to me. Was a gentle and caring experience.
