Excellent experience
I used to be really anxious about going to the dentist but have been attending for a few years now and today I didn’t have any anxiety at all. Staff are excellent at putting you at ease. Always helpful and “cheery”. The dentist explains everything that is going to happen before it happens and that makes it so much easier. I was only in for a check up today but felt that I’d had a thorough check of teeth, gums and soft tissue and some very good oral health advice. Professional and caring as ever, thank you.

Always understands my concerns
Dr Raashi has been incredible, she always understands my concerns seeing as I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, I'm a little worrier, however I feel comfortable with her and she's helped me overcome massive fears! When coming to get botox for the first time I was very nervous, I cried in front of her! She quickly put me to ease and made me believe in myself and soon realised the treatment wasn't as scary, just the thought, however when it was time for my top up 2 weeks later I was less nervous and NO tears. Now I'm so confident and happy I booked myself in for treatments I've been putting off for as long as 6yrs.

Good Dentists - terrible practice service
The Dentists are good, take their time and do what's best for you not their bottom line. The practice policies are a joke though, Dentists are close to the most expensive treatments around and yet they charge £45 for rescheduling an appointment when you are already paying them a lot of money for the treatment and the reception staff have bad attitudes, very cheeky and abrupt, Lets the practice down...
