Everyone dealing with me go above and beyond to make sure I am at ease and have what’s required from when I arrive. The dentist shows genuine interest in me and my children personally which helps when it comes to advice for looking after our teeth at home. Everything is explained in detail so we know exactly what is happening at our appointment and any further appointments needed. The service from the employees is second to none. My son has autism and the dentist is absolutely amazing with him and explains things to him at his level of communication so he knows exactly what’s happening and how to care for his teeth after the appointment.

I have never been comfortable going to the dentist as it causes great anxiety and general panic however I can say with immense confidence that the anxiety is a thing of the past due to the amazing care of the staff especially Ms McGowan who is the definition of the perfect dentist.

The work done on my teeth was also exceptional and most importantly pain-free with them taking the time to make sure I was alright which again shows how invaluable you all are.

Today I finished my treatment with Joe and his team, I cannot thank them enough for giving me my smile and confidence back. I was always nervous going to the dentist so I would always avoid it, but Joe and his team made me feel really relaxed and at ease with everything throughout my treatment.

The Tiwari Watson practice had been recommended to me by several colleagues, so I decided to give them a try when I needed some remedial and cosmetic dentistry. I had been considering implants to replace a partial denture and a replacement crown. Joe was my dentist and he gave me a few options to consider before making my final decision. He explained everything fully and indicated the pricing involved in each option. I am very happy with the work carried out and would highly recommend the practice. Everyone involved in my care from reception staff, the hygienist and other dentists have been very caring and supportive.

Having avoided a visit to the dentist for over 5 years, I was very anxious but the staff here are amazing and put me right at ease. They understood how I was feeling and really went the extra mile to ease my fears. I’m so grateful and now I don’t fear going for a checkup. I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone.

It’s actually like going to catch up with friends! You are made to feel so welcome. I get a little anxious coming to the dentist but Raashi & the team make you feel so much at ease!
This time around no treatment was required but Rasashi as always was keeping an eye on my teeth (I have a couple that need to be monitored). I can relax knowing that I am in good hands!

Staff in this place went over and above to keep me comfortable I was a bit nervous about getting a tooth out and they took lots of time with me talking me through it all. I didn’t feel a thing.

Several years ago, my already soft teeth were somewhat impacted by chemotherapy. Along with
Covid lockdown this resulted in the need for a fairly major overhaul of my dental requirements. My wife was already a patient at Tiwari Watson, spoke very highly of her treatment and recommended that I have a consultation appointment with Joe. I very quickly took the decision to move to the practice.

Joe and his staff were excellent. Despite the need for 5 implants and a bridge, I soon became fairly relaxed as I progressed through several months of treatment. Every aspect of the treatment programme is throughly explained and discussed, and care and follow up given are second to none.

My six monthly check-up today was a very relaxing and informative review. Glad to be told that I been looking after my teeth and my gums at my implants were looking healthy. Very helpful that my hygienist appointment was immediately after my dental review - very helpful session. Next appointments were made for me and so no need to phone several months ahead.
