Having fixed orthodontic train track braces when I was I teenager I made the mistake of not wearing retainers and my teeth ended up in an even worse crooked state than they were originally. Over the last few years I really started to hate my teeth and was really conscious of showing my teeth when smiling or laughing. In March this year I bit the bullet and arranged a consultation at Tiwari Watson Dental and spoke with dentist Joe about what I wanted and after just 9 months my results have completely exceeded what I expected. I genuinely can not believe that these are my own teeth!! Throughout every appointment I was treated amazingly and I can not thank Joe and his team enough. I will be forever great ful and can't stop smiling 😁😁!!!

We moved to the area in 2019 and on our to-do list was to find a new dentist. After a lengthy online hunt, we came across this favourably reviewed practice. And we were not disappointed! I admit I was rather nervous at my appointment as I had been diagnosed earlier this year with Functional Neurological Disorder, experiencing a range of dissociative symptoms, including seizures and dreaded the thought of going to the dentist after 2 years of absence! I am thrilled to report that everyone was truly amazing - so kind, considerate, friendly, and welcoming. I did experience a 'moment' during treatment. I was mortified! But was comforted and reassured compassionately and genuinely. They had also allowed my husband to escort and support me throughout my visit, which was a great help. The next day I received a phone call from the Dental Nurse to check that I had recovered well... Which blew me away... Wow! So, to conclude, I received excellent dental treatment (Hygienist & fillings) and cannot praise Joe Watson and Dental Nurse (sorry, forgotten her name) enough. In fact, my patient journey was quite exceptional; from making the appointment to attending on the day. All staff were exemplary in every aspect of customer service and satisfaction. Thank you all!
