Reassuring.

Read reviews and only heard good things about the practice and I wasn’t disappointed. I am a nervous patient but was put at ease and all staff I encountered were amazing.

I visited the surgery today after a piece of wisdom tooth broke off. I anticipated this would get worse and an hour before I called in the other half of the teeth sheared. I saw Joe who looked at the damage and gave me an assessment and some options on treatment. All the costs were highlighted and I went for a rebuild with a composite filling. The treatment was carried out immediately. I am a very nervous dental patient and Joe and staff put me at ease very quickly, application of some gel and anaesthetic was delivered without any discomfort. After a short wait in reception Joe called me back in and sorted the tooth. I felt no discomfort and was kept advised of progress. I was treated and out within the hour. I was delighted with my treatment and the COVID mitigation’s in place at the surgery. The surgery as normal was spotless, air circulation was good and spacing of patients and shielding from staff was all very efficient and unobtrusive (plastic screens etc all clean, clear and natural looking). Plenty of points for hand sanitiser and clear markings on the floors. I was delighted once again with the efficient and friendly service and have no hesitation in recommending this practice to my friends. I travel from the other side of Glasgow for treatment here as it is the only dental practice I feel relaxed and comfortable with.

Apologies for my delay in posting this, I wanted to praise Rebecca and team for my recent scale and polish. I know some people find a scale and polish uncomfortable but with Rebecca you are in safe hands , the process is straightforward and pain free.
Everyone at the practice makes you feel so welcome , I actually really enjoy my visits . I thoroughly recommend you try Taiwari Watson if you haven’t already.

Just had my latest Scale and Polish with Rebecca Nicholson and as always Rebecca has a great way of relaxing you and talking you through everything she is doing. Great work guys.

My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and other mental health problems. She is only 9 and a trip to the dentist can be hard for her. Her dentist and dental nurse today were incredible with her. So patient and spoke to my daughter through everything they were doing. I can’t recommend this dentist enough. Fabulous staff for the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. Thank you for taking good care of my girl today.

The personal care was very good and medical was as usual terrific, been attending practice for many years, as usual service was as expected, thank you.
