First time visiting the new practice location. Laura and her dental assistant very courteous and friendly. Laura was able to provide a treatment plan to address an issue I had with a crown. I was happy with the extra precautions due to Covid-19 upon arrival, e.g. temperature check, hand sanitiser. Reception staff friendly and efficient.

Great service
Can't thank Laura and the dental nurse enough for making me feel at ease throughout my tooth extractions. It was completely pain free and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the process as she explained everything along the way. Detailed after care advice and great service!

I moved to this surgery last year, it was the best decision, the staff are friendly and the most professional attentive folk. I have always been happy with the treatment and during this pandemic the staff have upped their game in accommodating their patients as well as keeping themselves safe.

I always feel in the best of hands when I come in to TW. Everyone there seems completely focussed on making your visit as comfortable and straightforward as possible. I don’t suppose anyone looks forward to going to the dentist but I never feel apprehensive about going there because I trust them to look after me.

I have been with this practice since 1992 ish. Mr Chan was fantastic and always full of chat ... and that was to make you feel comfortable. He knew you couldn't respond lol!
I am so happy to report that my recent visits albeit without the Mr Chan have been amazing. Hygienist, Rebecca so gentle yet thorough and what a personable service, such a lovely girl.
Kumal, the dentist has had to live up to Mr Chan. To be honest what a refreshing young man. Made me feel so comfortable, explaining everything as he carried out treatment what a lovely relaxed nature and a great dentist, I almost fell asleep getting a filling!!
All the staff here are great. Never lose your personal touch A smile can make someone's day, and that's what I take away from you today.
