I have been treated by Dr Madock although over the phone consultation.

As ever, the service and care given within Tiwari Watson Dental was outstanding - and even more so now with the current pandemic. My dentist is Laura, whom always makes me feel at total ease and explains clearly exactly what she’s doing, why she’s doing it and any options I have (if necessary). All employees are kind, caring and welcoming, and although Dentist Surgeries have never bothered me, I’ve never felt more comfortable, unjudged and looked after anywhere, never mind just dentists, as much as I do in Tiwari Watson.
I would also like to point out that, over lockdown, I was suffering from severe toothache, and due to timing, Joe was the dentist on call. Although I’m not his direct patient, he went above and beyond to help me and ease my worries.
This practice is a complete unit - the epitome of team work and effort - and it’s why, in my opinion, they are the best. On behalf of my entire household, thank you for everything you do!
