Tiwari Watson Dental Care

I was having severe toothache last Wednesday night. It got to a point where the pain was so had that I phoned NHS 24. They took my details and informed me that all they could do would be to recommend that I contact my dentist in the morning and ask for an urgent outcome.

I used the WhatsApp set up by the practice (a method of communication I hope is kept on when everything returns to normal) and Joe said to me to call the practice number.

The number went through to the dentist Kamal who was working from home. He listened to my problem and referred me to get an x-ray at an emergency dental clinic to ascertain where the pain was coming from. He was very professional and put me at ease about my pain knowing there was something I could do about it.

A few hours later I received a call from a member of staff at the emergency dental clinic in Springburn Health Centre. They asked me to pop in for an x-ray and found the problem was a hole in my wisdom tooth. The best advice they said was to remove the tooth. Less than 15 minutes later the tooth was out and I was on my way back to work for the rest of the day.

Thank you Kamal for referring me so quickly and getting me seen the same day. I always have a pleasant and positive experience when dealing with all staff at the practice.

I can honestly say this practice has an amazing team that are helpful , pleasant and reassuring this happens from the minute you walk in and continues throughout your appointment. If I could rate them higher I would.

As always, Tiwari Watson were great when booking me in after I had cracked and lost a piece of my tooth. My usual dentist Joe was off on paternity leave and since the tooth was annoying me, I agreed to see another dentist.
Although the dentist was lovely and made me feel at ease, I’m not entirely happy with my filling. I feel bad leaving this sort of feedback but my tooth now feels like big slope rather than a tooth. Joe replaced a metal filling recently and it looks exactly like a tooth now. Although the tooth is tight at the back, the feeling of just a smooth slope of filling is very distracting.

I went to Tiwari Watson as a new patient, I was very nervous about this, The practice has a lovely seating area and friendly staff on hand if you may have any concerns, I first met Laura the dentist and she immediately put me at ease with her manner and the way she spoke to me and listened to my concerns, she took her time with me and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. I went back to have treatment which was a big deal for me, I was so anxious and yet again she was brilliant with me, explained what she was going to do, made sure I was in no pain at all and done everything to keep me calm. I couldn’t be more thankful. She has totally changed my view on going to the dentist ! Thank you so much

As someone that has had problems with dentists as an adult because of very bad experiences as a child, I can recommend Tiwari Watson dentists to anyone that is as terrified of dentist as I am. Kamal made me feel as much at ease as I could be, everything was explained and taken as slowly as I was comfortable with. An old filling had come out so it needed to be replaced. I needed a small filling in same tooth. This was all done with no pain, even the local anaesthetic was OK. It was the least stressful, least painful filling I've ever had and the local anaesthetic was the least invasive and most localised that I've ever had. I will definitely be going back for my 6 month check up which is a major break through for me!

I recently attended Tiwari Watson as a new patient because I needed new dentures due to my last ones didn't fit properly. Laura was brilliant, after a couple of appointments I have teeth that I can actually keep in, thanks again Laura.
