Tiwari Watson Dental Care

I have been going to this dentist for 2 years now. I previously had bad experiences at another dentists and because of that got a fear of going to the dentist so I didn’t go for 10 years.
The team at Tiwari Watson are brilliant at helping me feel as relaxed as possible and took time to let me get comfortable before starting work.
First appointment was just a chat sitting in a treatment room and slowly progressed from there.
Now Laura has done extractions, fillings, root canal, replacement crowns, a tooth cap and I have a partial denture. This has all been done (exception of cap and denture) with sedation which is a great choice for those who are nervous as you don’t remember any of the treatment.
Laura and Danielle are brilliant at helping you feel calmer and making you feel comfortable so a massive thank you to them for that and all the laughs as well.
Sharon helped to make me feel comfortable in the waiting room and always is supportive.
I saw Rashi to begin with before her maternity leave and then Laura took over my treatment plan before any work had begun. Have to thank Joe as well for help with sedation and all the dental nurses who are always reassuring and friendly.

Because of the kindness shown by the staff here and the way they let me build up trust and confidence in them before even starting treatment I have a smile now I am proud and confident to show.

Thank you to all at the practice! Finally I have a smile I feel confident to show again.
I was an extremely nervous patient and from the first day coming into the practice you have all been so kind and caring.
First meeting with Rashi helped so much as didn’t need to sit in the dentist chair or anything. Just had a chat and after doing that felt able to have an X-ray done.
After Rashi went on maternity leave and my treatment started I got Laura who has been an absolute star! Her and Danielle have helped with confidence and trust so much.
Since that first appointment I have had extractions, crowns replaced, fillings and a partial plate.
I had sedation for all work except a tooth cap and partial plate and knowing I can have sedation helped calm me.
I would recommend Tiwari Watson to anyone and especially to any patients who are nervous.
Massive thank you also to Sharon for always being so nice and for chatting with my Mum while she sat waiting on me. Also Joe for assisting with some sedations.

Top class and professional from start to finish, my personal experience was with Kamal, the man is a gentleman and a credit you your practice.

After over 20 years since my last dentist appointment Dr Kamal Madhok had his work cut out, but what an amazing and considerate dentist he is, so much so that I've recommended the practice everywhere I go. I recently had a gum infection which resulted in a molar extraction and 2 fillings.
I could not be more grateful or pleased with the excellent treatment and professional, friendly and caring manner in which Dr Kamal Madhok.BDS and his assistant treated me.
I was kept informed throughout the procedures and was called in between appointments enquiring about my recovery and well being which was very reassuring.

I had a painful issue that was causing me some distress and getting me down. I attended a consultation with Laura Grant. Laura was thorough, professional and friendly in her approach and quickly diagnosed the issue. From this she agreed a plan of action from that would address the issue and remove the pain and save the tooth. I was very happy with her approach and her communication was excellent and answered all my concerns and questions. She was support very well with 2 different nurses and they worked very well as a team focused on the task in hand. Laura has a calming manner that immediately instils trust and confidence that the patient is in the best of hands. Very happy with the outcome and overall experience.

Arrive at my appointment time, didn't take long for Joe to call me in, had a wee chit chat, did what he had to do, no pain and out, first class.

The dentist made me feel at ease and was very professional in the work he carried out. Asking questions to see if i had any problems with my teeth.

Great staff. And my dentist is good at his job, say no more. Cool.

The care and attention Laura has given me in the last year has been outstanding! All staff have made me feel extremely welcome and create a lovely atmosphere. I no longer worry about going to the dentist, as they have created safe feeling environment. I cannot thank and recommend Laura and all staff enough.
