I had extractions and IV sedation as extremely nervous. This was a calm and pain free experience that has instilled confidence in that I can undergo future treatment under this type of sedation and not be afraid. Thank you Joe.

Very happy with my first visit
I found the staff to be very friendly. I was taken early so didn't have any waiting time although that did mean I was unable to complete the registration form I had been given. I was talked through the whole consultation which put me at ease and given options for the future if I choose to improve the aesthetic look of my teeth. Overall I was very happy with my first visit.

Went for a check up with Joe with my two young daughters. Waited 15 minutes. My 7 year old needed coating on 4 teeth & it was suggested that I make another appointment. However, I asked if it could be done while we were there, Joe then took her back in after me & my 4 year old had our check up.
My 7 year old has always been fine going to the dentist, however, having to get coating meant a mini suction had to be used which was done without warning so my daughter became quite upset. The nurse then let her see & feel it on her hand afterwards & actually apologised, saying maybe they should have shown it to her beforehand which I totally agreed with! It took a while for my daughter to calm down afterwards & I just hope this hasn’t put her off future visits! Also, as it lonely took 2 minutes, I felt it could have been done anyway, without me having to ask!

This dental practice should be regarded as a centre of excellence the treatment and care I received was second to none. I've had so many bad experiences with dental treatment in the past and was dreading my impending treatment but Dr Laura grant couldn't have put me more at ease.
She gave me excellent advice and recommend a treatment plan everything was explained in detail and I was asked at all times was I happy with everything the whole experience was brilliant .
Every member of staff I met was really lovely so friendly right from the moment I entered the surgery also can I just say how impressed I was with the ethos of the practice and the charity work they do I can't praise Tiwari Watson enough and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Recommended for anxious patients
Just recently had my dental implant treatment completed by Joe and I'm buzzing with confidence to say the least. I cannot recommend Tiwari Watson practice enough when it comes to the care and communication you receive from start to finish of any treatment you are getting done. When I first went for my consultation Joe discussed my options of treatment that were possible for me and was very transparent throughout which was also important to me. This reduced the anxiety I was experiencing about what was the best treatment option for me and what the treatment entailed. The practice has such a calm, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The team are very professional and down to earth which I also think is important as for some people going to the dentist it can be a bit unsettling. Therefore I would recommend Tiwari Watson dental practice for those who are quite anxious about going to the dentist but really want to change the appearance of your smile.

I had an accident last year and had to have teeth implant. I was recommended by a friend to come to Dr Chan. Dr Chan is very experienced and humours - giving a good distraction during the implant operation. Now it has been a year since it's installed. Very sturdy, no issues. Very happy with his service. I would def. recommend to my friends.

I come from a village in Dumfries and Galloway and always had the same dentist my full life up until about 21. After moving to Glasgow I had such bad experiences with a few dentists and was really losing hope and thought my dentist growing up was a one off. After finding Tiwari Watson I feel I have now found a perfect replacement for my first dentist! Such nice staff and no problems. Would highly recommend x

I’ve always been anxious when it comes to the dentist. Moving from dentist to dentist because I just wasn’t comfortable. Ever since joe joined I’ve found so much more at ease. I still get anxious but I feel better when getting treatment as I feel they make you feel more comfortable and talk you through procedures. They are more understanding as well which makes the process easier when visiting.
