I called the practice this afternoon to see if there was any chance of Laura having a look at my bridge that was loose and even though she was really busy she made a place for me tonight at 7.30.
I was really delighted that she was able to fix it for me in such a short time.

Made to feel relaxed and comfortable
I suffer from slight anxiety due to a bad experience with my last dentist. I felt anxious at first but I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable with the dentist taking my mind of the treatment and continuously keeping me informed on what he was doing. I was also educated on my oral health which i found very helpful.

I had to get my first ever filling this week, I found myself a little nervous at the thought! However, as soon as I got into the room with Joe, I was put at ease. I mentioned to Joe I’d never had a filling before and without even a second thought, he brought out some noice cancelling headphones to take my mind off the process of the filling. This was such a lovely touch and it definitely made me relax (as much as you can!) into the process. I have since told the story of this to many of my friends and they are all extremely impressed with the uniquely personal touch from Tiwari Watson to help put their patients at ease.
