I am made to feel very welcome

Although once in the building I am very anxious (obviously not a lover of dentists in general) but to be fair, I am made to feel very welcome and the dentists are great in calming me down

I was very nervous to have a tooth removed. Olivia was absolutely fantastic. She understood I was extremely nervous and reassured me throughout my appointment. She was brilliant

The practice is very efficiently run

All my appointments have been very positive. The practice is very efficiently run. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist are friendly, very professional and put you at ease. They always keep you informed of what and why they are doing procedures.

Treated with the utmost respect

Cannot recommend highly enough. Treated with the utmost respect by all staff. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The dentists and hygienists are lovely and all have a clear understanding of how anxious some patients can be and they are so kind and non judgemental.
