Quick and pain free

I had been experiencing tooth pain over the weekend, called the practice on the Monday morning and they got me an appointment that day, my appointment was with Matthew Smith, not my usual dentist. It was explained I needed a tooth extraction, I couldn't fault the whole experience. Matthew took time to explain the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The procedure was quick and pain free.

Cannot fault the service given by everyone, including the reception staff hygienist and their nurses. The dentist Tom who I saw for the first time today was very efficient, friendly and informative

I'm nearly on completion of getting my correctly particular upper denture fitted by Neelma Khan.
I was slightly annoyed by the fact that this was not done and rather annoyed on the fact that I had to make a complaint.
Let's hope that all will be sorted going forward.
