Able to see dentist for emergency appointment as requested. No waiting when I arrived for my appointment. Treatment was explained to me and what other options were available. Staff were friendly and polite. A very pleasant experience all round 😁

Can't fault the service of the receptionists the hygienist or the dentist. I'm not a good dental patient but the dentist and all the technicians are so comforting, it's not a big deal for me when I attend for an appointment. Excellent!!

Greeted with a friendly smile by receptionists. Always an apology if kept waiting. Treatment by hygienist and dentist first class. Never feel judged although my teeth are not the best.

A very friendly practice
Both the Dentist and hygienist were extremely pleasant and put me at my ease. The treatment was painless and they took special note of my individual circumstances to treat me appropriately.
The receptionists were cheerful and polite and other members of staff took the trouble to pass the time of day and have a few words. A very friendly practice.

Cotteswold House Dental surgery are just amazing. My dentist Matthew Smith is just so understanding and courteous in his approach. I needed a tooth out and there was just a sense of calm and with great communication from Matthew throughout, it helped to alleviate my anxiety greatly and gave me the reassurance needed.

I have always been a very nervous patient, but my dentist Sinead and my hygienist Kim have always made me feel comfortable each visit . Without their extreme care and endless patience, I wouldn't have the great smile that I have today. Both go over and above with each visit. I really don't know what I would do without them.
I would also say that all receptionists and dental assistants at the surgery have had a big part to play in my dental journey too.
