Cannot fault the service

Cannot fault the service given by everyone, including the reception staff hygienist and their nurses. The dentist Tom who I saw for the first time today was very efficient, friendly and informative

I'm nearly on completion of getting my correctly particular upper denture fitted by Neelma Khan.
I was slightly annoyed by the fact that this was not done and rather annoyed on the fact that I had to make a complaint.
Let's hope that all will be sorted going forward.

High standards

Always happy
The same usual high standards.
However as we draw towards the end of 2025 I am already thinking about the dental plans increasing and hope that they won’t increase!
It would be a nice gesture for my loyalty

Thank you for your lovely review Jacqueline. We understand your concern about the membership fees and we never take these adjustments lightly. We do appreciate your loyalty, however there will likely be an increase come January to reflect inflation, rising equipment/material costs etc. This also helps us to continue providing fantastic care and service to our patients.

I cannot fault them

I am a long time patient at Cotteswold House and I cannot fault them for their standard of service and patient care. They are always helpful, courteous and cheerful which goes a long way to creating the sort of atmosphere that one would hope to see in a dental practice.

All excellent service from receptionists to patient managers to dentists/dental assistants. Expensive, but great service so far which makes it worth it.

Friendly staff

Really friendly staff and dentist was super friendly and explained everything and the way forward for my treatment. Consultation fees I found were very reasonable.

Very gentle, my teeth feel super clean

Brilliant service. I went for a hygiene appointment with Tracey and she was so lovely and thorough. Although she was very gentle, my teeth feel super clean.
