For my check up today I met my new hygienist Ellie who was lovely and very thorough and also my new dentist Chris who really impressed me with his understanding of my issues and I feel very confident with the way forward!

Lovely experience at Cotteswold House. The reception ladies are brilliant, kind, and make a trip to the dentist enjoyable - everyone makes myself and children feel so welcome and it honestly shapes my childrens experience of the dentist.

Such a lovely atmosphere
My teenage daughter and I are both having Invisalign and have coordinated appointments, although I started 6 months before her. I’ve been so impressed with my results and my daughter is very excited to get started; both appointments and treatment have gone smoothly. Kate is excellent and explains each step so we know what to expect. All staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble, there’s such a lovely atmosphere at this practice compared to others I’ve been to previously.

I've been meaning to do this for some time!
Unfortunately due to historic alcohol addiction all of my front top teeth were falling out. I had already lost some round the side. I had appointments with Hannah to have the teeth extracted and various scans and moulds done to have a denture fitted.
I cannot believe how good the denture is, it fits perfectly and no one has guessed it's a denture. I get lots of compliments about how nice my teeth look. I can smile broadly now as I was always conscious of the gaps and my smile never looked that nice with the side teeth missing.
Thank you Hannah and team, I really have gt something to smile about now

I want to leave this review to say how wonderful everyone was today. I was feeling very anxious about my appointment, but from the moment I arrived I was looked after so well. The receptionist was lovely, a team member chatted with me while I waited which really helped settle my nerves, and both the dentist and his colleague — plus the hygienist and her colleague — were so attentive, caring, and professional. They made me feel completely calm and supported. It means such a lot when you’re nervous to be treated with this much kindness. I didn't catch everyone's names, but I wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team on duty today. Thank you all.

Brilliant
I came in for a filling replacement and as a very tense patient, was able to relax completely. The use of ‘a prop’ to hold the mouth open for the such a time and the use of, what I can only describe as ‘a tablecloth’ to surround the tooth, collecting saliva etc, took my tension away. Brilliant! And not a hint of pain either!!!! Thank you.
