When I first moved to Gloucester, I was alarmed at the absence of NHS dentists and high costs of private practices. In despair, I asked around my work colleagues and the Cotteswold House practice was recommended to me. I am so grateful for the recommendation as each of the practitioners I have met over the last couple of years has been kind, thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My initial treatment session, two weeks ago, had a slight hiccup caused by a bit of a bleed so that the session had to be stopped. Today the gum had heeled so the prep work could continue. Hopefully the work will be completed in 2 weeks time with a crown being put in place, ie an extra session was needed, but that's OK!

A wonderful dentist
Dragi is a wonderful dentist. He takes the time to carefully explain treatment to me and is very considerate when performing his work. He is reassuring and checks a number of times if I am comfortable. I've found the dentist stressful in the past but since working with Dragi, I feel much more comfortable and I don't fear it like I once did. He is a real credit to Cotteswold House

So understanding
Scarlett and Matthew were incredible with me as a really nervous patient - Scarlett held my hand through the whole procedure and Matt talked me through everything he was doing to make sure I was fully informed. They stopped when I got overwhelmed and were so understanding, and they got my tooth out relatively pain free. I feel much less fearful of the dentist now.

Greeted by very friendly receptionist and Tom the dentist really made my daughter relaxed and reassured the whole time! Can't thank them enough.
