The dentist I saw was really lovely and helpful, explaining everything to me as she went along. I am a very nervous patient and she put me at ease.

Very professional, friendly staff, sound advice given as necessary.

Had a problem with slight toothache and was seen promptly. Did not require any treatment and was given advice to help with gum inflammation. Always feel confident attending dental surgery.

Whilst eating my evening meal my tooth cracked and was extremely painful. My regular check up and
hygienist appointment was brought forward to next day. Jessica and Kim were very nice. The problem tooth was identified and they gave me lots of helpful toothcare advice relating to my pending immunotherapy treatment. The next morning I saw Tom, he put me at ease, took x-ray, drilled my tooth to find extent of damage, and talked me through the possible options. I decided that I would probably opt for root canal treatment. He said he would discuss my situation with Matthew at lunchtime. I came back at 6:15 but after further drilling Tom discovered the tooth was too damaged to save. He cleaned the infection and applied a temporary filling. As time was of the essence to give maximum healing time before my oncology treatment he arranged for me to come back on Saturday morning to have the tooth removed. I felt I was in safe hands and think he did everything possible to make it less traumatic. It's now a few days later, the swelling and bruising are going and the wound appears to be healing well. I would like to thank Tom, and all the staff for fitting me in at short notice and their kindness.
