Visited today for our first time (family of 3). Each one of us was made to feel at ease from the very first initial communication. Upon arrival we were met by a very lovely receptionist and all saw the same consultant who was excellent in her advice and explained everything that was going on. Excellent service and glad we have found an honest dentist. Looking forward to future visits.

The staff were lovely
I am nervous about going to the dentist but the staff were lovely and really put me at ease, right from the moment I called as a new patient to when I first saw Jake. Jake was lovely and kind and he really helped to keep me calm throughout my appointment. He did a thorough check as it had been a while since I had last seen a dentist and I left feeling much calmer about attending again in the future.

A big thanks to Tom, who was so caring and sensitive with my frail and disabled 92 year old mother-in-law. She was so frightened before she went in but came out looking forward to her next appointment! Excellent service from the whole team - from booking the appointment, right up to treatment. And all in done in less than 24 hours from first picking up the phone.
