I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received from the practice. I’d particularly like to thank Tom, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout my treatment. He has such a kind, calm and reassuring approach and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which has made me feel so much more comfortable and confident throughout the process.

When I originally saw an NHS dentist, I was told that my tooth would need to be removed. Being told you may lose a tooth is understandably quite scary, so I’m incredibly grateful that the tooth has instead been preserved. I’m so pleased with the outcome and with the care I’ve received.

Matt carried out my root canal, and the whole process from the root canal through to having my crown fitted has been completely seamless. I’ve also been really happy with the care from the hygienist. It genuinely feels like Tom, Matt and the hygienist all work so well together, and I feel like my treatment has been properly looked after from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Tom in particular for being so reassuring, kind and professional throughout. It has made such a positive difference to my experience. I’m really happy with the practice and would absolutely recommend them!

Service with a smile at reception. Tracy the hygienist was professional, understanding, and so gentle. I never felt a thing! Chris the dentist and his nurse were excellent. I always find the staff and service I receive at Cotteswold House brilliant.

Can’t say enough good things about every aspect of this business. The staff though are exemplary in every way and genuinely appear happy so it is infectious, I used to have a bad phobia of knashers being seen but totally cured by these guys 5⭐️

I lost a front tooth and phoned to see if I could see someone. Got me in ASAP. Saw Matthew W this morning and sorting my tooth out for me. Made me feel really at ease and the young lady with him was also lovely. Thank you both

Fantastic customer service from everyone at Cotswold House. Hygienist was fantastic. She was very patient and I felt very relaxed and not anxious at all.

My appointment was a referral to Kate, to see what could be achieved with the use of Invisalign. She was superb. The full treatment plan was explained allowing me to understand the process & to ask my own questions.

I attended as an emergency patient for a tooth extraction. The whole service from arranging the appointment to the day of the appointment and the procedure itself was brilliant. I was put at ease as I am an anxious patient, everything was explained and costs were explained upfront nothing was hidden.
Everyone was lovely, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend and I will be registering as a patient with my family
