A complex extraction
This review relates to a "complex extraction" carried out by my new dentist Dragi Todorovic on 22nd Nov 2024. It was indeed a difficult extraction but I was very pleased with the way the procedure was carried out - although it is always somewhat disconcerting when the gum bleeds afterwards and you don't know when it will stop. I was given good guidance about follow up medication (Ibroprufen) and was given antibiotics to ward off infection. After 2 days or so everything felt healed, I was pain free anyway and so I did not take as much medication as was suggested. So a very good outcome I think. The dentist also explained what he was doing during the procedure which reassures the patient.

Tooth extraction today by Matthew with Jess, absolute saints, really calmed me down and I didn’t even feel the tooth come out. I’m elderly and I’ve never come across any dentist as kind and caring as Matthew. Definitely ten out of ten.

Sympathetic to my sensitivity
Cotteswold House dentists are excellent. The staff are all friendly, Matthew my dentist is very sympathetic to my sensitivity and extremely professional. I left an NHS dentist to go back to a private demand there is no comparison in the level of care. I highly recommend.

All of the staff I have had contact with have been helpful, kind and conscientious. They also all share a smile, which is important when undergoing treatment. The treatment I have undergone has been delivered with care and has been thorough. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice.

The highest levels of professionalism
Matthew Wright is quite delightful and bubbling with enthusiasm. I think he is possibly the best dentist I have ever had. His nurse, Georgia Ellis, is absolutely charming and she and Matthew form a friendly working partnership whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. I found the practice online and consider myself extremely fortunate to have done so.
