One of the nicest practices I have been to. I've always been a nervous dental patient, however I walk out of this practice, confident and wondering what there was to worry about. The staff on reception are kind and courteous. Jake is professional and alleviates any worries you may have while the duo Kim and Alison make me smile. They're a dream team together and do anything to make you feel comfortable while also having a giggle. This instantly puts me at ease and mitigates my nerves. Thank you all for making what can seem daunting to some people anything but.

Sympathetic and considerate service
I could neither expect nor do I ask for any better or more friendly, sympathetic and considerate service than I regularly get when visiting Cotteswold House - with special mention of the lovely reception staff who welcome me as if a long lost friend and very special mention of Joanne Wilkinson who is absolutely top rate.

Welcoming and reassuring
Draggi & Debbie were super welcoming and reassuring when I arrived for one of two appointments in a particularly depressed state. They took time to listen to my woes and were so comforting - also painless, and completed the treatment on schedule, despite having been forced to have a delayed start. No room for any improvement!
