Welcoming and reassuring
Draggi & Debbie were super welcoming and reassuring when I arrived for one of two appointments in a particularly depressed state. They took time to listen to my woes and were so comforting - also painless, and completed the treatment on schedule, despite having been forced to have a delayed start. No room for any improvement!

Hygienist appointment
I was a little worried / anxious about my appointment because I hadn't been to the hygienist for several years but the two ladies who carried out my appointment made me feel at ease and the appointment went well, I think the hygienist's name was Kimberley and the assistant's name was Karen (but I can't be sure of that one). I really appreciated how they listened to my worries and offered advice and gave me numbing gel to ease any discomfort of sensitive teeth whilst having my teeth cleaned. Overall a really positive experience, thank you.
