I am treated as a valued patient. If I can't manage to open the heavy front door one of the receptionists comes to help. The new high firm bench seat in the waiting room is a godsend. The Hygienist attends seminars and searches out new products to help me. I have oral lichen planus & many mint flavoured products have an adverse effect. The Dentist does thorough checks & forewarns me of any likely issues.

Excellent as usual! Appointment with Kimberley was prompt and the treatment was first class. She talked me through everything she was doing and she had some great advice on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Approachable, friendly and thorough, thank you.

He was very professional and thorough and put me at ease.
He was ably assisted by Georgia - a lovely lady.

I am very happy with the treatment I received and the professionalism by all members of staff I came into contact with. Elaine is an excellent hygienist and I met Matthew for the first time this morning who gave an excellent check up.

I have severe anxiety regarding the dentist and it took me months to pluck up courage to make an appointment. Dragi and hygienist, Elaine have been so kind, sympathetic and non-judgmental that I am no longer afraid - it’s such a relief!

They are always helpful and cheerful
I have never had a bad experience at Cotteswold House. The reception staff, in particular, are a credit to the Surgery. They are always helpful and cheerful and do their best to accommodate individual requirements. The clinicians, hygienists and nurses are similarly cheerful and have always provided me with a high standard of service.
