Very friendly reception. Highly efficient service. Very kind and sympathetic dentist. Have had a huge phobia of dentists, but was made to feel very comfortable and any concerns were anticipated and put to rest.

A temporary filling

I had broken a tooth and Jake was very truthful about what I should expect with a filling or a partial crown. He put in a temporary filling until I can get in for the impression. I was put at my ease and had an email detailing the costs I could expect by the time I got home. Thanks for the help.

Tom and his nurse were amazing.
Top tier service, excellent time keeping and fully explained everything to me.

I had a scale and polish today with the lovely Elaine. My teeth now look and feel fabulous. Elaine and her nurse Jess were both friendly attentive and gentle, the reception staff were friendly. Overall a fantastic practice.

Gentle approach, care, respect

As a patient who is fearful & has high anxiety regarding any dental treatment l can’t praise the practice highly enough, especially the gentle approach, care, respect & treatment given me by Dentist Jessica Pascoe. It had been 14 yrs since l last attended a dentist but the refreshing, calm, friendly approach extended by all staff at the practice calmed my apprehension each visit. My treatment is now complete & l am thrilled that my teeth are once again in fair shape & fit again in purpose. The treatment plan arranged by Jessica was ideal as each appointment was manageable for my anxiety. Thank you you are all a superb professional team.

Amazing dentist practice

Had my second appt at Cotteswold House today and again had a lovely experience! Matt the dentist and Georgina the dental nurse were super friendly and made me feel relaxed!
Today was also my first hygienist appointment and I was nervous, but Kim talked everything through we me and I had a lovely experience.

Calm and reassuring

My daughter has an extreme needle phobia. The dentist was very calm and reassuring. The only issue was she has to wait as the appointment was running late, this caused her to become more worked up and anxious.
Also it would be nice to have a breakdown of the costs.
