The best surgery - all the staff are lovely; Rachel is amazing. Its about as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be!

An amazing experience
Jess, Chris and his nurse (name escapes me, I’m sorry!) were all so lovely and very professional. As someone with autism and adhd alongside some other issues, I was made to feel so comfortable and welcome and understood exactly what was happening and going on. It was an amazing experience after not having the best previous and after not being in at least 5 years!

I am able to relax
I am a dental phobic due to very unsatisfactory dental experiences in my teens. I am able to relax and overcome my anxiety, as a patient at Cotteswold House. I am taken seriously and I have never been made to feel as if I'm foolish. That means everything.

Hygienist appointment
Very polite staff. Very good manners as always. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the hygienist I saw today, but both her & her assistant were very pleasant. She was funny and made me feel at ease.

Everything was explained
As much as I don’t like going to the dentist, both appointments with the hygienist & dentist went well and I didn’t experience any pain. Everything was explained and the appointments were on time.

Excellent treatment
So grateful for the excellent treatment today. I had to have an old wisdom tooth with a crown removed. It was quite difficult to remove the roots but Olivia was very kind and explained everything she was doing at the time. I was rather dreading it but because of her patience the whole thing was much less frightening.
