Gentle approach, care, respect
As a patient who is fearful & has high anxiety regarding any dental treatment l can’t praise the practice highly enough, especially the gentle approach, care, respect & treatment given me by Dentist Jessica Pascoe. It had been 14 yrs since l last attended a dentist but the refreshing, calm, friendly approach extended by all staff at the practice calmed my apprehension each visit. My treatment is now complete & l am thrilled that my teeth are once again in fair shape & fit again in purpose. The treatment plan arranged by Jessica was ideal as each appointment was manageable for my anxiety. Thank you you are all a superb professional team.

Amazing dentist practice
Had my second appt at Cotteswold House today and again had a lovely experience! Matt the dentist and Georgina the dental nurse were super friendly and made me feel relaxed!
Today was also my first hygienist appointment and I was nervous, but Kim talked everything through we me and I had a lovely experience.

Calm and reassuring
My daughter has an extreme needle phobia. The dentist was very calm and reassuring. The only issue was she has to wait as the appointment was running late, this caused her to become more worked up and anxious.
Also it would be nice to have a breakdown of the costs.

Made me feel very comfortable
Lovely experience at the dentist this morning. Was greeted by Claire who always is lovely and smiley. Had an appointment with Vera who was very good at explaining the process, made me feel very comfortable. Scarlet also made it a very enjoyable experience, very bubbly and chatty.

Always make me feel at ease
I’ve always hated the dentist but Cotteswold House always make me feel at ease, from their Reception staff to their nurses and dentists. They always walk me through what to expect and make sure I feel okay every step of the way.

Fabulous as always!!! I accompanied my son who has additional needs. He is always relaxed and enjoys seeing all practice staff. Practice is wonderful and welcoming to therapy dogs so being allowed to take ours today made my son’s day
