Absolutely brilliant
Everyone are brilliant, everything explained as we go along very professional. My fear of dentists has gone, absolutely brilliant dentist.would highly recommend to my friends.

A stress free experience
All staff, from reception, to hygienist, hygienist assistant, Dentist and dentist assistant were very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and made my appointment a very stress free experience.

I am really delighted
This was my 2nd visit to Cotteswold House. Once again, I am really delighted with standard of treatment received today (preparation for crown fitting). Everything was well-explained and at no point did I feel anxious or unsure about any part of the process. The dental duo were both fab, friendly and professional. Reception staff deserve a big thumbs up too! 5 stars all round to Cotteswold House.

An exceptional experience
I visited Cotteswold House and as always, had an exceptional experience. From the moment me and my daughter walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. Rachel and Jen provided excellent care, making sure we were comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. The quality of service was outstanding. Helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring
The reception staff are lovely. The lady whose name I feel I should know greeted me by my first name like an old friend, which is great because I have been coming to the practice for thirty years. Neil Normington was my dentist and he was brilliant but my current dentist, Matthew Smith is equally helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He explains everything precisely and I feel in excellent hands throughout the process.
