From first contact with the reception staff, who are always cheerful and helpful, I could not have asked for better service. Moreover, as a long term patient at this practice, I have become very used to a high standard of care and treatment.

Crown was reaffixed
My temporary crown had come off and it needed to be put back on. I was given an appointment within 24 hours and the crown was reaffixed promptly.
The receptionists are very professional in sorting out such problems and the dental care is of the highest quality.

I always receive the best care
My dentist is Jess Pascoe so I always receive the best care. I trust her implicitly and always listen to her advice. She puts me at such ease. Jess and Adele are a great team. The rooms are always clean and presentable at the surgery. I am confident that the equipment is modern and hope that future investment into the latest technology will continue.

I am really delighted
This was my 2nd visit to Cotteswold House. Once again, I am really delighted with standard of treatment received today (preparation for crown fitting). Everything was well-explained and at no point did I feel anxious or unsure about any part of the process. The dental duo were both fab, friendly and professional. Reception staff deserve a big thumbs up too! 5 stars all round to Cotteswold House.
