Olive was professional and made sure I was comfortable before treatment (they lost the cushion so used my fleece to rest my head on). She was gentle and didn't push tools into my gums or made them bleed (as happened in the past with an NHS dentist).

I can't fault my dentist or hygienist
Very kind and caring, As a nervous patient I can't fault my dentist or hygienist, they both go above and beyond to make me feel relaxed. I can remember a time I would cancel my appointments because of fear, not anymore, I attend all of my appointments, this is down to Sinead & Kim, thank you both so much for making my visits a pleasure.

4th appointment and still service is amazing. Having a partial lower plate made and my Dentist Tom is first class, always explains things so they are easy to understand and also very receptive to my concerns
Will not be going back to NHS dentist ever again. So top marks team.
