I had a very ugly smile. I also went to the NHS dentists a lot. When I started going to Cotteswold, they were friendly and very professional. I saw Mathew, and when he saw me, he immediately said lets fix your smile. They set up a treatment plan, and started it straight away. From the first filling I could see the difference in quality of treatment. The NHS dentists would take 5 minutes to do a filling, where as Mathew would be taking 15 minutes to half an hour, and you could feel the difference. Although it is more expensive, it is definitely worth it. I can now smile with confidence again. All the staff at Cotteswold which have helped with my treatment plan are very friendly and make it a very pleasant experience. I was told at every point what was happening, and I am pretty sure that some extra stuff was done which wasn't on the plan that I wasn't charged for.

Absolutely marvellous
Health wise I'm a challenging patient & my tricky tooth extraction went smoothly. I felt reassured and had every step explained to me as different equipment was used. At the end I had two x-rays to make doubly sure everything was in good order. I was given a sheet of instructions & gauze wadding for if my gum bled at home plus a phone number to message if I had any issues out of hours. Unfortunately, a few hours later, I was the one in a million patient, to have a bad reaction to the anaesthetic. My text for help was answered immediately & advice received. Plus the dentist checked that I was okay the next morning. I could not have asked for better care, it was absolutely marvellous! If I need treatment in the future I would happily entrust myself to their care.
