First Treatment, new customer.
Now registered with Mr Thomas Allan after he did a very thorough consultation on Monday 17th June. Thomas (Tom) worked a very good, and acceptable treatment plan which commenced on Tuesday 25th June. Thanks also to Jess Carter, she explained exceptionally well how things would progress with my treatment plan.

Never visited the practice before, fantastic first impression, welcoming receptionist, clean tidy waiting area. Dentist very thorough, explained everything he was doing. Course of appointments explained and come to reception to book next appointment. Very pleased with first visit

Staff are always courteous and welcoming. The dentist talked me through the procedure before starting and put me at ease. She explained things as she went through the treatment. I left feeling cared for. An excellent Dental practice and would recommend if asked.

Care and consideration
As always the entire team are friendly and professional, Mathew took time to explain the various steps that my treatment was to follow today and he took time to stop at regular intervals to check that I was ok. Jess was at hand to assist and again made my visit as good as it could be.
As I’m a very anxious patient it is this level of care and consideration that enables me to attend the dentist and to keep my teeth and gums healthy.
