I called the practice & was given an urgent appointment. Matthew Smith did an xray & explained the treatment required. He checked my medications & general health before prescribing treatment. Links were sent to me for topical treatment & if it doesn't settle down I have been told to go back in two weeks. Calm, caring advice & reassurance was given and that is why I have been coming to this surgery all my adult life.

Nervous patient, but great staff
I am an extremely nervous patient but the staff at this dental practice are absolutely brilliant. From the receptionists through to the hygienist. They talk you through everything. My first appointment here, they sat talking to me in the chair in the waiting room before I managed to sit in the dentist chair. A few years later, I still have issues going, but it is getting getter, all thanks to Jessica and Elaine. If you are a nervous patient, I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Superb dentist
Left my NHS dentist and came to this one, recommended by a friend. All the staff are friendly, the practice is clean, well laid out and welcoming. The dentists are skilled and take the time to ensure all your questions are answered, offering help and advice when needed. Couldn’t be happier, so glad I became a patient.

I've been going to this Dentist for about 20 years, staff are always friendly and helpful, and Guy was very helpful, he explained everything about my xrays and didn't rush me into making a decision there and then.

A fantastic hygienist
Elaine is a fantastic hygienist. She's super informative whilst maintaining a really lovely rapport that puts a nervous dentist-goer (like me!) very much at ease. At every stage of the treatment she was checking in with me and keeping me informed about what she was doing in my mouth. I look forward to seeing her as I know I'm in good hands. The assisting staff are also just as lovely.

6 monthly checkup
Myself and my son both had our 6 monthly checkup and hygienist appointments. It was a pleasure to attend. All the staff that we saw receptionist, hygienist and dentist, are all so professional but also so friendly. We were seen promptly and were informed of what was going to happen and why, which I find very comforting. My son especially finds that a real bonus as he is very nervous.
