The whole experience was excellent.
Felt very at ease and the whole experience was excellent. I am a nervous patient but not once did I feel nervous. Very happy.

Kind & considerate
I am not a fan of the dentist, and having had many different dentists and varying experiences mostly bad. I have not seen a dentist in approx 5 Years ( Covid & all that) so was really nervous! I was made welcome as soon as I walked through the door at Cotteswold Dental Practice & am happy to say I have just had the 1st of my 5 appointments. I can say with confidence I am very happy with the treatment I received from Thomas & his colleague, he was kind & considerate & talked me through everything he was doing.
I won’t say I am looking forward to my next appointment but feel much more relaxed about going.

Very effective hygiene program
I started with Cloe at Cotteswold House over 18 months ago as I was frustrated at negative experiences with my previous dentist/hygienist. Working with Cloe has taught me (52 years old!) the difference between brushing my teeth, and brushing my teeth in line with a structured improvement plan provided by Cloe over a period of time. This has allowed me to have a relatively healthy set of gums and far less sensitivity. Overall a positive experience where the focus is now on effective prevention rather than reactive treatment.
