New patient check up
Had not been to a dentist for a while due to bad experiences, but right from the first phone call I felt at ease. Tom was lovely and I felt comfortable from the start and he explained everything in detail. I feel happy to go ahead with treatment. Everyone at the surgery was cheerful and welcoming.

Hygiene Appointment
Very happy with my appointment. Lots of new information to help me manage my situation. The hygienist helped me with some practical tips and tricks and I felt motivated. We have a plan in place and I am working towards a target. Thank you.

New teeth for old
4th appointment and still service is amazing. Having a partial lower plate made and my Dentist Tom is first class, always explains things so they are easy to understand and also very receptive to my concerns
Will not be going back to NHS dentist ever again. So top marks team.

Hygienist and Dentist routine check ups
Good and professional service as usual, Matthew also took X-rays just to check all in order with gums etc.

First Treatment, new customer.
Now registered with Mr Thomas Allan after he did a very thorough consultation on Monday 17th June. Thomas (Tom) worked a very good, and acceptable treatment plan which commenced on Tuesday 25th June. Thanks also to Jess Carter, she explained exceptionally well how things would progress with my treatment plan.

Never visited the practice before, fantastic first impression, welcoming receptionist, clean tidy waiting area. Dentist very thorough, explained everything he was doing. Course of appointments explained and come to reception to book next appointment. Very pleased with first visit

I feel very fortunate to be a patient with Cotteswold House. Rachel and all the team are brilliant - professional, friendly, helpful - nothing feels too much trouble. I was so impressed that now my husband, two adult children and neighbours have also joined the practice. Keep up the good work.

Staff are always courteous and welcoming. The dentist talked me through the procedure before starting and put me at ease. She explained things as she went through the treatment. I left feeling cared for. An excellent Dental practice and would recommend if asked.
