Very effective hygiene program
I started with Cloe at Cotteswold House over 18 months ago as I was frustrated at negative experiences with my previous dentist/hygienist. Working with Cloe has taught me (52 years old!) the difference between brushing my teeth, and brushing my teeth in line with a structured improvement plan provided by Cloe over a period of time. This has allowed me to have a relatively healthy set of gums and far less sensitivity. Overall a positive experience where the focus is now on effective prevention rather than reactive treatment.

Fantastic
I had my first tooth removed at the age of 60 yesterday. It was a big tooth and I was terrified. I was immediately put at ease and informed of the process all the way through. I honestly felt no pain at all. In addition to great dentistry, Rachel and Jessica both have this lovely calm demeanour which put me at ease immediately. Rachel is my usual dentist and diagnosed the infection and Jessica did the extraction, both were fantastic.

Regular 6 month checkup
I attended the practice on Wed 1st May for regular check up appointment with Rachel. A short wait but nothing to complain about. Rachel and Jen - the hygienist - both had plenty of time for me. All my questions were dealt with and everything was explained to me. I asked about another matter, extra to my appt and both girls had plenty of time to talk things over with me. A pleasant experience, as always. A full 100% satisfaction.
