I’m going to give my visit today an excellent review. I cannot fault my Dentist. Right from the moment I sat in the chair they were professional caring and seem to have done an amazing job. I had to have a very large filling and was very nervous. She went that extra mile as far as I’m concerned.

Personal feeling appointment

All of the staff were smiley and welcoming. Waiting time from entering the surgery between each appointment was short. The staff were chatty and remembered me despite it being six months . Both the hygienist and the dentist made me feel as relaxed as they could and the appointment ran smoothly. The receptionist greeted me by name and the follow up appointments were booked. The surgery was clean, tidy and welcoming. Thank you.

Efficient, friendly, engaging

I had four implants done by Guy as part of the first step. Guy was very clear and engaging in describing the work to be completed and was patient with me as I made up my mind and scheduled the work. He recommended sedation for the three hour operation, and although I’m a pretty relaxed patient, I went with that. Guy’s manner is calm and personal, and he’s clearly at the top of his game professionally. The operation went smoothly, the sedation worked a treat (the long operation seemed like just an hour or so), and I was without pain or discomfort. He and his team were efficient, friendly, engaging and coped with my foibles (I have a spine problem so needed to keep adjusting my position to keep comfortable and that was not a problem). I left with clear instructions and Guy called me the next day (a Saturday) to check my recovery. I guess the most important aspect was the clear communication from Guy and the team which provides significant reassurance that he and the practice are highly professional and capable. Good job!

The practice is very efficiently run

All my appointments have been very positive. The practice is very efficiently run. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist are friendly, very professional and put you at ease. They always keep you informed of what and why they are doing procedures.

Treated with the utmost respect

Cannot recommend highly enough. Treated with the utmost respect by all staff. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The dentists and hygienists are lovely and all have a clear understanding of how anxious some patients can be and they are so kind and non judgemental.
