Dental - 3 filling visit!
I really don’t know how Monika puts up with me. I’m a very nervous patient. I just can not control my tongue and it gets in Monika way all the time. She is so understanding.

Venelin and his nurse were excellent, they kept me informed throughout the procedure and were very concerned that the whole process would be pain free. I was most impressed.

Friendly team front of house team and nurse and Monika is absolutely fabulous and thorough. Easy to access the practice from the city centre and car park opposite (chargeable as expected). Faultless service, thank you.

Dental appointment
Had an extraction today and a clean, as always Monika was professional, kind and caring. I have never found her to be any different in all the years I have been her patient.

Professional, friendly and efficient
I called into the surgery reception yesterday and asked for a " last minute" appointment was possible due to toothache. The pleasant receptionist said I would be contacted if there was a cancellation. She also gave me useful advice on emerging treatment just in case.
Today I received a call saying an appointment was available for this afternoon. I attended the appointment where the dentist removed a troublesome wisdom tooth and gave me a checkup to save me coming back in about a month. The dentist and her assistant were very efficient and carried out the work faultlessly.
The overall experience was 100% positive.
